The host responded promptly to all questions and requests. I found the place to be neat, comfortable, and inviting. The bed was fantastic and offered great nights of sleep. I would stay at the rental again.

The place was clean and very nicely updated. This would have been a fantastic place to live when I was in college, however this was just a brief visit. I loved the proximity to campus and to Northgate. I was able to bike or walk to campus to my conference on the south side with no problems at all. The area felt very safe and was well lit at night. All the neighbors were quiet during the week so I had no issues with noise.
