The beds are in the same room and was fine for our stay. If separate bedrooms are a necessity, this won’t work for you. It is like sharing a hotel room, only much larger and more comfortable. Adequate seating for 4 if watching tv. Folding chairs available if more seating is needed. One thing that was fine with us due to rainy weather during our stay, but needs to be a little more clear. There is a gorgeous, large outdoor space that was described as “shared” since there are two rentals on the property. However, all but a very small portion was roped off for the larger rental’s use. Had the weather been nicer, I would have been dissatisfied not to be able to sit on the lovely deck with a cup of coffee.
