The only thing I would make a note of is that this house is on the southern end of CS before the bypass split (coming from Houston) and not in the middle of CS close to the campus like I thought it was from the map on the listing. It was very clean, new, and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely consider staying here again when coming to College Station. The one drawback/disappointment was the original map "approximate location" made this house look like it was within walking distance of campus. It is NOT. We were bummed that we had to drive \~10-15 min to get to campus and pay for parking as we thought we could have avoided that. I'm hopeful that can get corrected on the site. ##### Jack L. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if its available. The only down side which wasn't a deal breaker was that the A/C was set to 80 degrees and no ceiling fans were on. It was triple digits and it just took a while for the house to cool to a decent temp. But again everything else made up for that. You won’t be disappointed in your stay here. ##### Larry C. I wish there had been seating in the backyard. There were not enough towels. I wish there had been an extra blanket. We went and purchased one. This house is not in the heart of Aggie land. When we booked, the map showed the location was near Fuego near campus (in the heart of aggieland). When it turned out to be so far away it totally complicated our weekend.
