One detail to correct from the listing- it’s not 4 bathrooms.. It’s 3 bathrooms with one of the 3 being a jack and Jill bath (private sinks w/ shared shower/toilet between) There are 3 toilets total. The house was extremely clean and decorated so cute. Awesome location near A&M, HEB, Texas Ave, etc. We cooked a big dinner and a big breakfast and the kitchen doesn’t have much in the way of pots/pans/bowls/etc. If you’re planning to cook a lot, bring your own stuff. The master and 2 bedrooms in the original part of the house have a thermostat and then the 2 rooms with the jack and Jill bath have a separate thermostat. This was so awesome since the grandparents all like it warmer than the kids and grandkids.
