The breakfast exceeded our expectations and you can’t beat the location. Beds are very comfortable and you have all the necessary utensils to cook your own meal in the room if you want. "This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s about four minutes from the airport and very quiet. The staff were incredibly kind. The villa was spotless, and we slept like a dream. Breakfast was delivered to the villa and it was very good. We also went to see the horses, it was fun. "

"Perfect unique accommodation right on the ocean. Cleaned and restocked daily to a high standard. Included daily breakfast delivery was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication with the Houseboat Company was fantastic from time of booking throughout until after check-out. I would highly recommend this accommodation & will definitely be staying with them again in any of the countries they are located."

"I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre."

"Great hotel that ill gladly be staying at again when traveling to Sao Miguel, the cleaning staff did great and were friendly, pastries/tea were always loaded in the kitchen, and the convenience of being so close to everything was great! I will say the elevators were a little sketchy sometimes on one occasion suddenly stopping on the 18th floor then not moving for a few seconds then taking us down to the parcade..but that i think was more of a building issue, the hotel was fantastic and i cannot...
