"Bed was comfy. Cleaning of the room is not great, a lot of dust, they clean where you can see at the onset but do not clean very well. Hallways are dirty also. "

"Stayed here to visit Miami Oxford, which is a short scenic drive. New hotel, upon arrival customer service was fine and still I’m sure working out the kinks. Just handed the key, didn’t go over breakfast hours or where our room will be etc. I had to pull the details out. Room is just your standard basic room. Clean, slept well. Breakfast was a C at best. Very very basic continental food. I would stay again, it’s right by Walmart and other local stores too. They have an outdoor patio but it’s definitely not private. There is residential housing and their backyard backs up to it. Very odd. Cute town and good price vs paying tons more to be closer to campus. "

"The room was large and well designed. Everything was impeccably clean. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The hotel was in a perfect location. The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty with plenty of options."

"Everything was perfect! I've stayed twice and will being staying again in 2-3 months. Great location, clean, decent price. I only wish the they would off some allergy friendly breakfast options. Possibly turkey sausage instead of pork would be wonderful. Maybe gluten free muffins/biscuits. "

"The hotel is very "tired" looking. Dark, depressing and dated. Hotel staff was very nice and professional. Bathroom sink faucet was leaking water all over the top of the vanity, so that caused a few problems. I did notify the hotel and hopefully it will be rectified for the next guest."

"They shouldnt list that there is a pool because yes there is but it isnt maintained properly and the pool area itself is very run down. The room before the pool area has a pool table in it but the sofas are literally all shredded. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, but you could see water damage and cracks in the walls. The staff were friendly! Breakfast was ok, it fed the kids before we hit the road. Overall, you get what you pay for, i booked thru expedia so got it for $67/night. It did its purpose for aplace to sleep and cheap way to feed the kids breakfast. The kids were bummed about the pool but oh well life goes on!"

"Unfortunately, the roadwork was a little bit of a hassle. Not many cars in parking lot-so no problem. Sheets didn't fit the mattresses. Toilet bowl should be cleaned better. Bathroom faucet loose Breakfast fine."
