"Very dissapointing, especially for tourist from overseas. - 3rd bed not made inspite of additional $$$ charged for the 3rd person. Apparently linen for 3rd person must be requested via email. - 3rd bedroom lamp is busted. Kitchen dangling light is busted - The color of the water from the tap is rusty yellow. Very basic, should have been disclosed. - Some fork and spoon had food smudges so we need to wash before using - Lost water on the 2nd day (starts 7am). So we're not able to shower on...

"House was good. Letting agency came across poorly. Request for slightly late checkout was rejected out of hand - they said the house was let that same night and they needed to clean, but online booking showed house was NOT rented and Coles Bay was dead as a doornail while we were ther with most houses dark at night so the cleaning staff were certainly not busy. If you Google them you will find they refused refunds during COVID."

"I loved the fact that the property had so much kitchen utensils, pots, pans, rice cooker ect. Very different to the 3 useless pans at other accomodations I’ve stayed at in the past. Loved the privacy of the property. The quietness and the views! Only downside was the second room didn’t have bedding only a blanket on top. But other than that would definitely recommend and book here again. "
