Ruined our mini holiday. Did receive a full refund though. I advise to check accommodation,s website before making a booking through these sites. Hotels.com staff were fantastic!! The two bedroom unit had been poorly cleaned - pots/ pans/ crockery/ carpet/ bathroom.Many of the blinds were broken or not functioning. One of the single beds collapsed when my brother knelt on it - fixed fairly easily, but a concern. There is a bad water-hammer in the kitchen sink. Many windows had been locked and could not be opened. Washing machine was full of sand. Queen bed was comfortable, but not made properly.
