About this space
Enjoy a large balcony with front row views of the vessels traveling up and down the intracoastal waterway! The perfect space located on the top level of the home. Walk down a few doors away to the Coinjock Marina Restaurant and Ship Store! 26 miles to the Outer Banks and 19 miles to the H2OBX water-park. Nearby boating, kayaking, wineries and golf courses!
The space
Walk up one flight of stairs to the balcony that leads into the open kitchen, dining and living room. Walk down hallway to one full bathroom off the hallway. At the back of house are two bedrooms. Master bathroom with queen bed has direct access to the full hall bath, balcony located on the back of house, and TV. Second bedroom has two twin beds.
Guest access
Cottage sits on the intracoastal waterway. Carrick Bend is the top level of the cottage completely separate from the ground level of the cottage.
Other things to note
Wifi credentials are offered at check-in however the connection can be limited!
If you need accommodations for more then 4 guests the lower level is a separate space available for rental. The lower level space is names Fisherman's Bend and will accommodate up to another 4 guests. Also there are additional cottages next door and hotel rooms within 5 minute drive and within view of the cottage on the other side of the intracoastal waterway. Total accommodations of 34 people.

If you will be bringing a pet please notify your host immediately upon booking for approval by stating both the breed and size. Dogs are the only pets allowed and the maximum amount of dogs per reservation is one. Due to close proximity to other guests no aggressive breeds are allowed on property. All dogs are to be kept on lead at all time when outside of the room. Dog owner is responsible for picking up all waste from their dog and disposing in the outside trash bins.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
