On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a third bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom with shower, offering an independent space perfect for a second family or couple.



🌿 The exterior invites you to enjoy the pleasant climate throughout the year. The property features a lovely private pool, garden, furnished terrace, relaxation area and a gas barbecue, ideal for sharing meals and dinners outdoors with family and friends. Additionally, next to the pool you will find a practical outdoor toilet for greater comfort during bathing days.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware so you don't have to worry about anything during your stay.
