It is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift. It is designed with a modern and elegant style, providing a peaceful ambience to guests. The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a double couch bed, with a TV for relaxing evenings with your favourite shows, and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals. The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a queen bed and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Coimbra, one of Portugal's most historic cities, is renowned for its prestigious university and rich cultural heritage. The University of Coimbra, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a must-visit, featuring the stunning Joanina Library, botanical gardens, and panoramic views from the old university hill. The city’s medieval heart is filled with narrow, cobbled streets, Romanesque churches, and traditional academic traditions that still echo through student life and local festivities. Beyond its academic fame, Coimbra offers a vibrant blend of old and new. Visitors can explore the tranquil banks of the Mondego River, enjoy performances of traditional fado de Coimbra, or relax in peaceful gardens like the Quinta das Lágrimas, tied to the romantic legend of Pedro and Inês. With its layered history, youthful energy, and welcoming atmosphere, Coimbra provides a deeply authentic and enriching Portuguese experience. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus station, Pinheiro Chagas, is just a 1-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 1-hour and 45-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
