Le Meridien does not offer 5 star hotel series. I visited your Spa. They told me I have to makan appointment as customers who are not guest of the hotel have already booked spa treatment session. I was shocked. Why no first preference for hotel guests. Also the spa therapists I am told will only arrive at 11.00 a.m. Shouldn't the service times be observed. You only have 2 therapists. This is below the service standard for a 5 star hotel. I hardly notice many lady customer service staff. More lady staff should be hired. No point in having a hotel pool side premises cleaning lady attired in sparkling scree when it only makes it cumbersome for her to carry out the job. All in all, fa little common sense in programming and planning and service deliveries is applied by the Board the problem will be solved. This is not the first time I stayed at Le Meerdien. I am afraid my current experience is worst from the last visit. I am not minded to return. Please upgrade your service standards. Appoint a neutral inspector/assesser to point out your drawbacks and please hire a foreign international assessor for the same and not some one who resides in Coimbatore. It won't work. Also the quality of the English of the all the staff can be nurtured. Send them for training in British Council classes. You will see the different. Tamil is good for temples and temple worship it is not yet a widely used language although it is a beautiful language and full of rich colour style and tradition.
