The holiday complex is located on a hill with pine and cork oak trees on approximately 11 hectares of land. From the terrace of Villa Christina you can enjoy a wonderful view of the castle in Grimaud. On the entrance floor of the holiday home you will find a living room with a double sofa bed. The kitchenette and the dining area with access to a second sunny terrace are on a mezzanine. Bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the upper floor. One bedroom is upstairs. In the entrance area you can use a - partially - covered loggia. The villa is tastefully equipped for 4 adults. 2 supermarkets about 900 m away. In the complex you also have tennis courts and 3 pools. Bistro is open from April to September. You have access to the 3 pools that are open from May 1st to August 31st and a fenced garden. The beaches of Port Grimaud and St. Tropez are easily accessible by car. https://youtu.be/RrxFmuOxi60 The house is very conveniently located (just up the hill and you immediately come to the roundabout with connection options in all directions) From the pool and the 'pool terrace' you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Alps, the blue sea and the coast of St.Tropez and St.Maxime. The Gulf of St. Tropez: The Gulf of St. Tropez is known for its special CLIMATE with over 300 days of sunshine per year. Famous personalities and artists such as P. Signac, Matisse, B. Bardot, Benetton and Karajan are just a few who have settled here. Especially on the coast you will find numerous wills from many celebrities. St. Tropez is a small town that receives around 6 million visitors a year. Hardly any other place in Europe has so much charm that you can easily discover, especially in the early and late season. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch nah an Restaurants, Supermärkten und mit guter Anbindung an umliegende Orte wie Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud und Sainte-Maxime.Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet und durchdacht eingerichtet – „klein, aber fein“ trifft es perfekt. Besonders positiv: die gut ausgestattete Küche mit ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr und praktischen Utensilien. Einen Herd gibt es zwar nicht, aber eine Mikrowelle ist vorhanden.Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sorgt auch an heißen Tagen für angenehme Nächte. Besonders genossen haben wir die schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick – perfekt für ein Frühstück oder einen entspannten Abend.Alles war sehr sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und völlig unkompliziert.Die Pools der Anlage sind wirklich toll – sauber und gepflegt – allerdings ein Stück entfernt vom Apartment, was man je nach Vorliebe berücksichtigen sollte.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Aufenthalt an der Côte d’Azur! ##### Daniel B. Das Appartement beinhaltet alles, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Die Küche ist sehr gut sortiert und sauber. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es genug Stauraum für die Kleidung. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber ebenfalls sehr sauber und neuwertig sowie eine separate Toilette. Die beiden Terassen laden zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt drei Pools, die benutzt werden können. Einer davon ist öffentlich zugänglich, die anderen beiden Pools sind für bestimmte Häuser, der Anlage zugänglich und bieten einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Port Grimaud . Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend abseits vom Trubel mit Blick auf Grimaud. Die schönen Strände Pampellone und L'Escalat sind mit dem Auto in 20 Min. erreichbar. Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud, Saint Maxime, um nur ein paar Orte zu nennen, sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses ist für diverse Ausflüge ideal. Auch die drei Pools sind sehr schön; vor allem die zwei oberhalb sind mit einer gigantischen Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Die Abwicklung mit der Hausverwaltung vor Ort war unkompliziert und der Aufenthalt mit Hund war unproblematisch. Was Schade war, dass es kein WLAN gab aber dies wird wohl in nächster Zeit erledigt. Gepflegte und ausreichende Ausstattung, Terrasse und Balkon (Morgen- und Abendsonne!), super gepflegte Pools und die äußerst gute strategische Lage (es sind viele Ausflüge möglich) der Unterkunft mach(t)en den Urlaub einfach perfekt. Auch ist der verlässliche Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr positiv zu bewerten. Es findet auch eine gute Betreuung vor Ort statt, wenn erforderlich. Wir waren das erste Mal an der Cote d Àzur und mit Sichrheit nicht das letzte Mal. Auch wir haben vorab alle Fragen durch H. Jessüsek schnell und unproblematisch beantwortet bekommen. Das Haus selbst ist ein sehr guter Start um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben Ausflügle nach St. Tropez, Cannes; Nizza, Monaco/Monte Calro und Grasses unternommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie beschrieben im Text absolut ausreichend. Abends ging es dann sehr oft nach Port Grimaud um noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen bzw. zu trinken. Hier können wir das Restaurant Rivalto nur empfehlen. Preise noch in Ordnung und sehr leckere Pizza. Die sehr freundliche Bedienung kam von selbst und hat uns gefragt, ob Sie ein paar Bilder von uns machen soll. Das wurden dann 10 aus allen Richtungen. Super! Leider war das Bistro geschlossen und somit hatten wir kein WLAN. Die Hausverwaltung wusste auch nicht weshalb und sagte nur der Vermieter hätte kein WLAN. Aber das schmählert nicht unseren wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus selbst mit den zwei Terrassen bietet alles was man benötigt. Archival ### 8/10 Good #### Pia B. 10 Jul 2016 #### Top! Wir haben uns an den vorherigen positiven Bewertungen orientiert und deswegen diese Unterkunft gebucht. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Die optimale Lage für Ausflüge, die äußerst gepflegten Pools, die Unterkunft mit Terasse (frühstücken mit der Morgensonne) und Balkon (Abendessen mit Abendsonne und Blick auf die Burg Grimaud, die schöne bergige Umgebung und Bucht von St. Tropez) haben uns überzeugt. Somit ist hier das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis besonders hervorzuheben. Punktabzug (aber wirklich nur halben Punkt) gibt es lediglich dafür, dass nicht wie beschrieben Internet vorhanden ist, der Toaster fehlte auch. War aber nicht wirklich ein Problem, da wir im Urlaub auch ohne Internet leben können. Letztendlich konnten wir aber auch die WLAN Verbindung der Hausverwaltung (unmittelbare Nachbarschaft) mitbenutzen. Und der Toaster wurde sofort von der Hausverwaltung besorgt. Diesen brauchten wir, da leider das Bistro (wie im Inserat beschrieben) geschlossen hatte, es somit morgens keine Backwaren vor Ort gab und wir nicht jeden Morgen mit dem Auto los wollten. Dies ist aber weder dem Vermieter, noch der Hausverwaltung zuzuschreiben. Der Vermieter, Herr Jessusek, hat im Vorfeld alle unsere Fragen zeitnah beantwortet, war sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig (wir hatten viele Fragen, nochmal Danke hierfür!). Sehr gute Betreuung! Ebenso waren wir sehr mit der Betreuung vor Ort zufrieden. Fazit: tolle Unterkunft, gepflegt, Ausstattung völlig ok (völlig ausreichend, nur das Bett im Schlafzimmer könnte etwas breiter sein), wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen! ##### Pia B. ---
