Private: well-kept terraced garden, 1'500 m2 (not fenced), swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with alarm system. Boules. Shop 1.9 km, grocery 1.9 km, supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop "Rond point de Kock" 1.8 km, sandy beach "Port Grimaud" 8.5 km. Sports harbour 6.8 km, golf course (18 hole) 11 km, sailing school 8 km, minigolf 7 km. Nearby attractions: Port Grimaud 7 km, Parc d'attractions Azur Park 7 km, Saint Tropez 13 km, Plages de Pampelonne 18 km, Cannes 84 km, Nice 110 km.
