The apartment is ideally located for visiting the region, relaxing and enjoying all the tourist activities. This 54m2 fully renovated and modern accommodation with two reversible air conditioning systems. It includes a south-facing terrace with outdoor table and large armchair. Entrance with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine). A bathroom with wc and walk-in shower. A bedroom with king-size bed 180/200 as well as a beautiful dressing room and a flat screen TV. A small bedroom on the mezzanine perfect for 2 children. A living room with a large sofa, a coffee table and large flat screen. In addition, a dining room with wardrobe and table 4/6 people as well as a small balcony with a 180 degree view of the hill. On site in the area: two swimming pools with snack bar, tennis court, table tennis table and a private parking space. Schränke nur gebückt, Waschmaschine und Trockner nur kriechend erreichbar, im selben Bereich Matratze für ein Kind, für uns unzumutbar. Bad wiederum einwandfrei. Wahl zwischen zwei zur Anlage gehörenden Pools, das näher gelegene bietet Snacks und morgens frische Baguettes. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ##### Monika B.
