Very professional and helpful staff. Clean, renovated rooms. It is a nosy location, being on a main road, but once the bypass is finished, it will be a real gem here. Location is fantastic, being near pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and the large RSL club

Staff were doing their best - it was obvious that a lot of renovation work was being done but they had a long way to go. Needs to have double glazing on windows to stop a lot of the traffic noise.

Stayed recently for 3 nights in a double room. Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was really good. Room included a microwave and toaster, which was very convenient. On the first night, we noticed the air con wasn't working as well as it should, which made the room a bit warm. We raised this issue with management who acted straight away to provide a more than acceptable solution. Staff, all the way from owner to all other staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location of hotel is close walking distance to several pubs, restuarants, Woolworths supermarket and the local Coffs Central shopping mall. Also has ample on site parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and again a special thank you to the owner for their resolution of the situation with the broken air conditioning.

The propertyis very noisy, but that is to be expected, be on the main rd. There is a club accross the road for meals, and also restaurant next door. Parking is tight, so when you park there dont moove until you have to. Owner was friendly, and the room was nice and clean.
