Welcome to The CDA-frame, a stunning brand-new A-frame retreat located in the coveted Rockford Bay area of Lake Coeur d\`Alene. Designed with comfort and style in mind, this high-quality home offers a rare combination of modern luxury, elevated design, and group-friendly space—perfect for families, friend getaways, and lakeside escapes.  
  
This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin sleeps up to 14 guests and features:  
\- Breathtaking lake views from the front deck and upper balcony  
\- Open-concept living with vaulted A-frame ceilings and high-end appliances  
\- A basement game lounge with a full-size pool table for hours of fun  
\- Central air conditioning and heating throughout the home  
  
\-Bedroom 1: Open-air loft room with additional seating, bathroom, walk-in shower, King bed, soaking tub, TV, mini-split, and private balcony for sipping coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings. Bonus: odds are you\`ll see deer strolling through the hill behind us.   
  
\-Bedroom 2: Main floor bedroom with King bed connected to common bathroom and back deck.   
  
\-Bedroom 3: Downstairs bedroom with King bed  
  
\-Bedroom 4: downstairs bedroom with two queen beds.   
  
\-Additional sleeping: Twin bunk bed nook and sofa bed downstairs.   
  
In the walk-out basement you\`ll find a pool table, kitchenette, & TV.  
  
Outside, enjoy multiple entertaining areas including the front deck, front patio, front yard, back deck, and back balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks under the stars.  
  
Guests can contact the Black Rock Marina for daily boat slip rentals just a short walk away—making it easy to enjoy all that Lake Coeur d\`Alene has to offer.  
  
The community has a grassy picnic area by the water, just a short 5-minute walk away.  
  
(The owners also have a boat rental you can request...subject to availability).

$200 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit   
  
Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed   
  
Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item   
  
Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

This place gets rave reviews from me and my family! It is super clean and everything is ultra deluxe from the appliances to the bedding. The property is set among beautiful trees, has lots of outdoor seating and with a view of the lake. Note: it is not steps from the water as it is made to appear. We absolutely loved it and would stay again.

#### Perfect Family Getaway in a Beautiful Coeur d’Alene A-Frame Cabin!

We had a wonderful five-day stay at this beautiful A-frame cabin in Coeur d’Alene! It was the perfect fit for our three-generation family. The three-level layout worked out great—our older family appreciated the easy access to the middle level, while the lower level with the pool table, large TV, and streaming options was a hit with the younger crowd.The home was spotless, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. We also loved the multiple decks and patios—great spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and spend time together.The owners were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We highly recommend this cabin, and if we ever return to Coeur d’Alene, this will be our go-to rental!
