I guess our main disappointment was the yard… the garden was a mess, weeds, the patio area was dirty… the table and chairs were dirty. The second table was kinda unsafe broken tiles with sharp edges. The downstairs floorplan is open and spacious though the dining table won't hold all the potential guests. The kitchen is well stocked but the ancient Wolf range is quirky (easy to leak a lot of gas before the lighting mechanism kicks in). The bedrooms are comfortable but the bedding needs an upgrade (especially the flat lumpy synthetic pillows) and the stained carpet will need some renovation. Overall this is an affordable stopover in CDA and probably meet your expectations of a 2.5 star hotel. ##### Steve S.
