We opened all the windows for some cool air. Some windows had no screens so they had to be closed at night. The couch was SUPER small and not fit for a man 6' 4" so I would advise for others to keep that in mind as it is uncomfortable for any length of time to sit on. It is more a tiny depth couch for very small people (kids). It was sufficient for the 2 night stay. The owners are very communicative and respond to emails quickly which is nice.
