Cozy “Pet-Friendly” Bungalow in Downtown Coeur d’Alene

Welcome to Bungalow 313! Enjoy all that downtown Coeur d’Alene has to offer in our pet friendly fully remodeled 1920’s bungalow for four! Comfortable, Cozy and Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, breweries and boutiques on Sherman Ave. Easy access to year-round activities from Lake Coeur d’Alene to Schweitzer Mountain and everything in between! Short or long-term use make this a perfect destination for vacation rental, business travel or relocation.

Bungalow 313 offers two comfortable bedrooms featuring queen size beds. Spacious closets and storage. Both rooms have luxury sheets, pillows and extra blankets. Well appointed bathroom with double vanity sink, shower tub, plush towels and essentials.

The large open concept kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Table for 4 with all the amenities to enjoy in-home dining. Laundry room with washer/dryer and additional counter space for your convenience.
