The newly upgraded 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Lakeshore cottage is located in the prestigious area of Sanders Beach on Lake Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The new 10' X 36' front porch with a firepit, rocking chairs and a lake and Tubb's Hill view is a wonderful place to dine or just sit and relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This darling home was originally built in 1915 and remodeled in 2025, adding a 3rd bedroom and a 2nd bath. It is comfortably furnished and offers all the comforts and amenities of home. Wife and a smart TV in every room, a coffee maker and a Keurig, tea pot and plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils for cooking. Central heat and air conditioning, washer dryer in the laundry room, a steam shower, a bathtub, a gas fireplace insert, a fully stocked kitchen with Thor range.. Complete with a dishwasher, garbage disposal and the side patio has a new BBQ and separate griddle! There are bicycles for the entire family and kayaks (2 person plus two single kayaks) in the garage available for your use! The cottage is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, churches and art galleries in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Boat, jet ski and parasailing activities are available or walk/hike/picnic on Tubbs Hills which is located literally steps away from the cottage. Play a round of golf at the world class 'floating green' resort golf course which is located minutes away or go to the beach across the street and relax at the lake! We typically fill the summer bookings up by spring, so if you're ready to book an adorable home in the best location in Coeur d'Alene, it's best to book early. This home is on Lakeshore Drive and across the street from "Sander's Beach" in the heart of Coeur d' Alene. There is very little traffic on the street and it's one of the quietest neighborhoods for a Coeur d' Alene vacation. The place was clean and comfortable. Best of all was the garage full of bikes and kayaks! The beach was just a half block away across the street, so we could launch the kayaks down there. Perfect for our family of four to gather for Thanksgiving. Close to town and directly across from Lake CoeurD’Alene. We loved how close the location was to the lake. We enjoyed the porch out front while having an evening cocktail. The house was clean and comfortable, and the back yard was great for our dog.
