We were thankful for this last-minute find for our eclectic family - 3 adults, 1 toddler, and 3 dogs. For this reason alone, I really wanted to be able to give a high recommendation.However, we were disappointed by 1) lack of cleanliness of the basement, which had cobwebs w/live spiders, and 2) cooling resources - a couple window air conditioning units, and a number of fans - all of which were loud. Additionally, thanks to it being the week before Independence Day, we were awoken at 1:00 am by firework blasts that seemed to be coming from next door.In this instance, the quick, one-night turnaround - check-in after 4:00 pm & check-out by 10:00 am - was just fine w/us. ##### Cheryl B.
