Gorgeous, loft-style, riverfront condo in the Riverstone area of Lake Coeur d' Alene. With floor-to-ceiling-windows, enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Located on the 3rd floor, this corner unit has the best view of the river and surrounding mountains. Conveniently located, enjoy a short 3-minute walk to Starbucks, movie theaters, shopping and many restaurants. Also, the Centennial Trail is steps away; walk or ride your bike to City Beach, the Marina, the Resort or downtown. The condo is professionally decorated with all new furnishings, appliances and tasteful decor -- not your typical vacation rental! Condo has one bedroom with king-size bed and one bath. There is a contemporary fireplace in the living room for the winter and air conditioning and ceiling fans for the summer. Watching boats go by and grilling on balcony are highlights. Barb is easy to get in touch with. We would rent this one again. The only issue for me was the tub/shower. The ledge to step into the shower is quite high. I did not feel safe stepping in our out. Might not be any issue for others, but it was for me. ##### linda t.
