It is always clean and our children love seeing the chickens. We loved that they allowed our 2 dogs, especially since they are of the bully breed. Loved the chickens and fresh eggs and that it is completely fenced away so that our dogs had a separate space (we are so grateful it was this way because we found out our dogs weren't allowed at the field complex so we had to leave them when we were away).
