"The AC in our room didn't work well at all and shut off during the evening. The staff was not helpful as it pertained to explaining how to navigate the hotel, where to park, etc. Our bartender (a young lady) was very sweet and service minded."

"Had to clean hair off the bathroom floor when i got there. We stayed 5 days and not once did housekeeping come in and clean up, take garbage out or bring in more supplies. I had to call the desk to get more toilet paper"
