"The room ran out of toilet paper before we even went to bed meaning there was not a lot to start with. The water didn’t stay hot long. The hotel is right by the hwy and train tracks IT IS SOOOOOOOO LOUD!!! Didn’t sleep at all neither did my wife or my dog who sleeps like a dead log. There is not a lot around the hotel even though it looks like it on the map. I wouldn’t stay again I would stay in ciudad Obregón instead. The room and property was Decent and clean, staff were nice. "This is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are very small. No refrigerator in room no place to put your bag or your clothes. Supper small bathroom. Room service always forgets something. The breakfast only offers buffet and you have to pay full price if you only want eggs. I ask for a Margarita and they didn’t have one of the ingredients. "

"The room ran out of toilet paper before we even went to bed meaning there was not a lot to start with. The water didn’t stay hot long. The hotel is right by the hwy and train tracks IT IS SOOOOOOOO LOUD!!! Didn’t sleep at all neither did my wife or my dog who sleeps like a dead log. There is not a lot around the hotel even though it looks like it on the map. I wouldn’t stay again I would stay in ciudad Obregón instead. The room and property was Decent and clean, staff were nice. Cute little hotel if you wanna stay up all night. "
