"Always stay within this building when staying in coconut grove wether that be with family or on my own. The self contained apartments are always a winner! Great location for everything within the grove. 20 mins to inter Miami stadium, 25 mins to the airport and 30 mins to the dolphin center. Great location and really great host. "Host was so accommodating with great communication. Sleeping on the water is perfect with A/C, power, and full bathroom. Comes with a cooler and ice. The kayaks, dingy, and paddle board allow you to go to the near by sandbars and islands. Great place to swim."

"Didn't use the pool so I can't rate that, but all of the staff from valet and housekeeping to management were super helpful and efficient. Room was amazing and everything is so convenient, would definitely recommend."
