"I booked a hotel on the beach and when I arrived, it was awful, so I had to cancel. I was in a bind. Everything was booked up. It was the weekend, but I found IHG. The price was very reasonable and it was only 5 minutes from the beach. The staff was so friendly and the room was spotless. They had 24 hour coffee downstairs, which is so much better than having the crappy one in your room. Breakfast was OK. It could be better for sure."

"The motel was in a perfect location for us. It was 10 minutes from the dive shop. The room was clean. You get the remote during check in, which threw me off a bit so don't forget to check it out with the keys before you leave. We were surrounded by some sketchy characters, which isn't the motel's fault and to be expected for the price. But for the price, the room was clean, the ac worked great, and it was close to where we needed to be. I plan on staying again in the future."

"Overall we were very happy with our stay. Everything worked and there is plenty of space. Our room was comfortable but the decor is a bit dated and faded. The view of the gulf from the balcony was the highlight for me. Sitting there in the morning drinking my coffee as the beach comes to life is what I liked the most. There were basic dishes and appliances in the room and a Publix grocery store is 5 minutes away so cooking a meal is no problem. The beach is right there but I would recommend going down the road to St Andrews State Park if you want to spend the whole day by the water. Go to the jetties swim area. The water there is calm and clear. The marina is close so there are all kinds of day trip excursions on the water to choose from. There is a small game room with a couple of pool tables and video games in the lobby. There are two swimming pools that are identical and pretty nice but fairly small. There is also a wading pool for toddlers and a hot tub. The swimming pools got a bit rowdy at times so I wouldn't recommend staying near the ground floor if you like going to bed early. My main complaint would be that there is only one elevator in each of the 3 buildings. It wasn't a big deal but sometimes you are left standing there for a while waiting."

"The property itself was really pretty and a great location. Although it wasn’t on the beach, it still had a great view from the tenth floor pool of the beach. Host was also very friendly and communicated quickly with any questions i had. 10/10 would book again!!"
