My complaint is about the invitation I've received a letter in my door..Saying to me, a Kevin that next morning for a walkthrough of the property with breakfast included from 9.am to 1:00 p.m.. So me in my companion, cancel what we had planned for that morning to meet Kevin in the front lobby, only to find out that the building that we was supposed to meet him in was the wrong building. So we had to go to the front lobby for help.. Then we found Kevin, He ask for our driver license. He gave us a paper and told us to follow him out the back. That's when we got on a Golf cart, and then he took us back down where we just came from, only to find out... That we couldn't do the walk through because I had came once before in did it in May so that took up the hole morning... i came back down to make a complaint. I seen Kevin once again. He told me in my spouse to go upstairs to have breakfast and he'll be back, that he was going to talk to someone about our situation, but nowhere near came so me and my spouse sat upstairs and ate then we left went back to our room and had to find something else to do for that day only due to the inconvenience of westgate

**5 Stars! Our New Favorite Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** We absolutely loved our stay at The Delaney Hotel! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. It's always refreshing to stay somewhere that truly values cleanliness and great customer service. The Delaney has officially become our hotel of choice whenever we visit Orlando. We look forward to staying here again!
