I was worried about not having AC but the large fans on the ceilings kept things nice and cool. The outdoor space is a huge bonus. "We stayed there for nine days with our family. The house was a perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The new bikes were enjoyed by our kids- but they did need some maintenance. Jane responded quickly to our request for help with the bikes and other minor issues. Loved all the dogs and donkeys in the area and their nightly serenades. The island is gorgeous- the beaches were wonderful and uncrowded and the snorkeling was great. Be sure to bring bug spray."

"The only negative was that our stay was too short! Richard and Yohamna were the best hosts. Their place hits the mark and couldn’t have been better honestly. "It's not a luxury hotel, but it's clean and comfortable and right next to the beach. The pool is a bit odd being in the middle of a dining area. As a result, we didn't see it getting any use. The restaurant on site serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable and the food good, especially on BBQ night, 3 times a week. We found the shower in our room to be a bit dodgy but it was ok. Our bed was very comfortable and every room either has a little lanai/patio or balcony. It is, literally' steps to the ocean. The full sized fridge in our room was very useful as were the beach towels and beach umbrellas. Although it didn't start that way, there ended up being plenty of loungers on the beach too. Good snorkelling direct from the beach too."
