We had a busy weekend, so didn't avail ourselves of the amenities other than the breakfast (which had several options you would pay for) and the bar which was small, but comfortable. There was a $10 charge for parking - although it was not in the listing, and the parking lot was completely empty. They even tacked on 20% administrative charge on the tip paid by the QR code. I travel enough and tip by QR code provided in the room. First time I am seeing an administrative charge."

"House is in a lovely area, nearby to lake and beautiful walks. Nice bedrooms, dining room and yard/patio. Kitchen and bathrooms in need of repair/upgrade. House was generally clean but on some levels it was hard to tell -- interior of cabinets, walls, and white couches all need attention. Host was very responsive and easy to work with."
