Pre-paid breakfast did not include free coffee refill. Food in served for diner was just not the best. The room was clean and quiet. Conveniet down town location very close to Union Station. An old building with 100 years + history.

The hotel was great. It is newly renovated and we loved that there was no carpet in the rooms. The rooms also have great lighting. Our only complaint was that it really smelled like weed in the hallway and our clothes left smelling like it.

This is a very nice hotel. My room was clean, quiet, well-appointed, and a good size. The staff were wonderful; I felt safe, and I enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the bed - it was like a foam bed from a box, not very stable or comfortable, and as someone with a disability, it was difficult to sit up on the bed to read because the mattress was too unstable. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay.
