Walls are dirty and the paint could use a new coat. There is mold in the bathtub and a smell of humidity throughout the apartment. The apartment is not soundproof and the noise from the other apartments is quite present. The owner was very helpful with everything and answered promptly to our texts. The check in process was fast and friendly, the attendant walked me to my room and showed me around, the room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable, the Lumi Rooftop (its vibe, staff, food and drinks) was absolutely incredible, it’s located in a fantastic location- walkable to many beautiful sight seeing stops and shops (including the 2nd largest ZARA in the world). Our room (rooms: separate bedroom) was spacious. AC worked well. Full sized fridge + freezer. The fridge was stocked with milk, yoghurt, cheese, ham and jams. Every morning, you received bread and a small pastry. However, it might have been nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast. The location was good for us. I personally had major allergies because of all of the dust and improper maintenance. Although the linens felt clean, the rug and curtains felt very dirty and dusty. I noticed mold on the roof right above my bed. I am now sick and imagine it’s from the mold and dust.
