"The main pool was closed. The front desk did not explain anything. Just gave me keys and told me to take a picture of a paper that showed me restaurants. There were no activities only a band so the resort was boring. The room door was broken and didnt open all the way.The AC in pur room was leaking ..."

"To loud the music all the time ,to many times people passed by to sales staff..by the beach no one is coming to clean ..the drinks by the beach pool the have no idea what the services..excellent service by buffet or restaurant very clean room.."

"Our Villa was excellent and so was the property! We loved the spacious outdoor patio with great beach views and immediate access to the beach. Only small drawback was noticeable music from the nearby Sandals resort but at least it was finished by 9:30 pm (and this only occurred one or two evenings. ..."
