(740 reviews) The room was lovely, however they only did housekeeping every other day. Towels were limited because of this. Food was limited and menu was limited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you missed any of the times to eat you would not be able to eat as the place is very secluded and there was no way of traveling out unless you booked a taxi 24hrs before. The staff was pleasant but could be more hospitable and helpful. If you asked questions the answers were very limited and didn’t really help much. Another issue was that the concierge service was only available for certain hours. If you had a question or perhaps emergency past 5pm you won’t find anyone to answer questions. Overall views were beautiful and pool attached to the room was very nice.
