Everything was great. I was impressed with the security of the elevators.

No. My reservation was change, from double beds to a king bed room for an handicapped preson. Shower had no curtains or glass door. 4 guest adults 1women 3men. The heat not working properly. Call maintenance, came to fix heat,then we return to room.heat blowing cold.There was no more heater.we slept wth clothes on. They ran out of blankets. Half of hotel had heat problems . The worst stay in newyork city.

Room was imaculate, front desk staff was very efficient and polite. Loved that there was a microwave and coffee maker in the room. Grab and go allowed me to get a quick, microwaveable dinner without having to find a restaurant

Staff was great. Bathroom could be updated a little bit overall, very nice

My stay started off chaotic and unfortunately never really improved. When I checked in, the lobby was absolutely insane, crowded and disorganized. After finally getting through the line, I went up to my room only to realize they had given me the wrong type. I paid for a king bed and was put in a double room. I went back downstairs and was told all the king rooms had heating issues and I could switch the next day. I was find with staying in the double for the night, but within a few hours the room was freezing, my nose was literally cold. I had to call the front desk again, and they were eventually able to move me to a king room that same night. Unfortunately, that room had its own problems. The heater was so loud I couldn’t even hear the television, and then it stopped working properly as well. They had to send me an electronic heater that sat in the middle of my small room. I had to stop over it every time I needed to use the bathroom. The rooms themselves are fine and the location is great, but the constant room issues and back-and-forth with the front desk made the stay stressful and uncomfortable. They offered me anThey offered me an $50 credit to the restaurant that doesn’t even open until 5 PM. I never used it. Overall it just felt like a mess, and I won’t be staying here again.
