"The property was great. Clean rooms and actually nicer than adjacent properties. However, the staff at the front could use an overhaul. Very rude. Not accommodating whatsoever. I asked how to get to the room and he just said “Look at the map. It’s right here”. Checkout.. just drop the key there”. Zero customer service skills. I’ll go back to the other places I’ve stayed than here."

"Jack greeted us warmly and helped us with a fantastic dinner choice. We went straight to the hot tub followed by happy hour at Madeline’s while watching the surfers and then dinner at Indigo Moon for the best risotto and a very well priced bottle of Tempranillo! Everyone working at the hotel was so friendly. The location is paradise!"

"This is my 2nd year here for our annual family vacation to San Simeon. We love this motel! The staff is incredibly friendly and so happy to see and help you. They give you mini cars and chocolate chip cookies when you arrive. We were in a family room this year with 2 queens and a murphy bed. Very spacious! The rooms are clean with microwave, refrigerator, TV that you can sign in with your own streaming accounts or just watch regular TV, makeup remover wipes, coffee, tea, water, shower caps, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash pumps. My kids love this motel. The pool is spacious and indoors at the perfect temperature. It is directly across the street from the beach front. Needless to say, we will be staying there next year!"
