"Our family got together to celebrate our grandpa and this was a wonderful getaway from the city. The house had everything for our family of 20 needed for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the basketball court, game room, and fire pit. "

"This house has so much potential, and I wish I can give a better review, but honestly I cant. The restrooms were dirty and the bed sheets were dirty too. The water was color yellow... YES disgusting... so we have to go and buy water to even brush our teeth... NO TOILET PAPER, NO SOAP, the towels were almost color black... a complete disaster. I've never though VRBO can have houses like this for rent."

"We stayed in both properties. Four nights in the "Black Swan" and then two nights in the "Green Bear". Both properties are brand spanking new with very nice appliances. Both kitchens were well stocked, all four (2 in each property) bathrooms were very modern with large showers and high-end plumbing fixtures. Placement of both of the units on the property were maximized to make the best use of the natural surroundings to provide privacy. It is refreshing to find two properties in the Coarsegold...

"House was very comfortable and easy to get to. Property management did not respond to calls on the weekend when we arrived, so we had to trouble shoot issues ourselves."

"Overall we were impressed with the overall condition, cleanliness and amenities, dog area was even clean. Home was off main roads and consistently quiet, dog area had high fences that allowed dogs to enjoy the outdoors/wildlife but were safe. Wife fell in love with the heated bathroom floors. We definitely will be planning another, longer trip in the future."
