Please no undisclosed pets! Experience the unparalleled comfort and privacy of this house, with a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas. Step outside to the relaxing patio, where you can unwind in the hot tub and enjoy the BBQ grill. Equipped with a dog run and doggy door this property is also great for pet owners. We provide starter coffee and tea to enhance your stay. This home is in a beautiful community surrounded by nature. It is common to see deer in the yard. The house is within walking distance to a small lake that allows fishing and non-motorized boating. There is a mile long walking path along the lake and a clubhouse with bar and restaurant on one end of the lake. Pet Rules: \*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time \*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking. \* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest and will be charged from the pet deposit. \*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture. \*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found. \*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times \*Pet rules must be followed or deposit will be forfeit \*The garage is not included in the rental \*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time (including children and infants\*), must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 11. \*Please note that according to the size of your party, certain rooms will be locked and inaccessible. \* Early check-in and late check-out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time. We are always quick to respond to messages. For something urgent, you can also reach out to us by phone. We cannot guarantee a response in the middle of the night. The house is on a corner lot and is in a quiet and safe community. You will be a few minutes drive from all basic amenities such as gas station, grocery store etc. Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations. Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed. The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June. Pack-n-play must be requested in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.
