The rental was comfortable, clean and had all the basic amenities you would need. The description was a little misleading, says 1 1/2 baths but the half bath was actually just an exposed toilet under the basement stairs; no walls or door for privacy. The night we stayed the forecast called for snow; a neighbor advised us of off street parking rules for plowing. I reached out to host for verification, and he confirmed. Would’ve appreciated it if he advised us ahead of time since we weren’t familiar with the area and if that neighbor hadn’t told us we would’ve been towed.
