LUXE Gym & Game Room w/Heated Salt Pool & SPA Fire pit

  • Welcome to Sienna, your private four-bedroom, two-bathroom Coachella getaway for up to 12 guests. Enjoy a saltwater pool and spa, mountain and desert views, mini golf, a game room and a private gym, with easy access to the area’s golf courses and festival attractions.

    Outdoor living

    Relax on the pool’s Baja shelf or a sun lounger, play pool basketball, practice on the putting and chipping greens, and gather around the fire pit. The backyard includes patio seating, outdoor dining, and natural gas and charcoal grills. Pool towels are provided.

    Space to gather

    A fully equipped chef’s kitchen opens to the living room with a 65-inch 4K smart TV and ceiling sound system. The dining table seats up to 12. Enjoy the reading area, board-game table, retro arcade games and gym with free weights, stationary bike and yoga mat. High-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and a laundry room support longer stays.

    Sleeping arrangements

    Bedroom 1: king bed and single rollaway bed, 55-inch 4K TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom with bathtub; a foldable single couch is also provided.

    Bedroom 3: queen bed and single rollaway bed.

    Bedroom 4: two single beds and one single rollaway bed.

    Access and parking

    Keyless self check-in and private access to the entire home, except the owner’s closet near the entrance. The driveway accommodates three cars, with street parking available. A level 2 EV charger is in the garage, which has been converted into the game room and gym.

    Pool and spa heating

    Spa heating is included and controlled through the kitchen iPad. Optional pool heating to 82°F is $90 per night; please request it in advance.

    Pets and house care

    Up to two house-trained pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please clean up after them; damage or stains may result in a $500 deep-cleaning charge plus assessment of damages. No smoking indoors. Close windows and doors when smoking outside. House-rule violations may result in cancellation without a refund and guests being asked to leave.

    Routine exterior service

    The pool technician visits Monday and Thursday in the early morning for approximately 15–30 minutes, using the side gate. Gardening is Wednesday morning; waste collection is Wednesday early morning.

Perfect weekend home

Everything about our stay was grrat. The host was responsive and helpful. The house was exactly as displayed in pictures. The backyard was great for relaxing after all day at the lacrosse fields. We traveled as two mom and teen son duos. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax. Having 4 bedrooms was great - everyone got their own room. Highly recommend if you’re considering for a visit to the area.

Spring break vacation

We had the best time during our stay. Definitely recommend booking this house. My friends and I stayed the week of our spring break vacation and everything was perfect. Kevin was very nice and quick to respond to all of our questions and anything we needed. Definitely will be booking again!!
