Away from the home, you’ll be just 10 minutes from downtown Coachella, filled with a wide variety of shopping and dining for all your needs. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Guest Access: A QR code will be issued to whomever is financially responsible for the reservation and to be scanned when entering and exiting complex. Please ensure to send your email address and phone number in order to receive the QR code to access community, otherwise, we will utilize contact information from reservation. Other Things to Note: \- No parties or loud music. \- All noise must be contained after 9PM and not before 8AM. There are some full time residents that will call the police after and or before the cut off time slot. If you're renting a car, you can provide this information once you have it. They had to call a lock smith. Once inside the property there was no hot water. Property communicated to unplug the water heater and then turn on all water faucets. That will give you hot water for a short period and than NO HOT WATER! Missing window coverings and bed is uncomfortable. They will tell you they are sorry about the inconvenience with a refund that will never show up and they will blame your bank.
