"The hotel is in a new development that is NOT where the link bring to. The hotline takes you to a mall that is about 10' drive to the hotel. The hotel has no phone, and no street address recognizable by a GPS. Fortunately we found someone who recognized the picture of the hotel and sent us there. "Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are lovely - clean and spacious, perfect crisp sheets and soft towels! Pool is large enough for swimming whilst others are playing games. Good vegan choices - and chef was helpful in finding/recommending options. Convenient for the airport and Miri centre by Grab. "

"Clean room - but nothing like the pictures featured on their advertising. A small bolt was the only security to the outside of the building/balcony and looked over a secluded car park, so felt a little vulnerable. Staff were friendly and easy to get a grab to restaurants/ central Miri."
