The property includes three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and our special kids room, which includes multiple bunk beds and ample space. Positioned on a large section, the home is fully fenced with outdoor entertainment options. Located within a two minute walk to a children's playground and five minutes to the golf course and the start of the rail trail. The space There are three bedrooms in total, an open plan kitchen/dining space which includes plenty of storage and is well equipped, and a functional bathroom (great water pressure). Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3 (Kids room) : 2 x Single Beds, 2x bunk beds.
