"House was perfect. The host Arno communicated everything in a clear manner so it was easy to check in and out. Lots of space for multi families to stay in unit. Close to the beach, park and stores. Also ice cream and restaurants close by. The beach access was handicap accessible so it was easy to roll the stroller wagon down for the kids. Would stay again"

"The Cozy Seashore Cottage is just adorable! The beachy decor, the cleanliness, and the fact it's just steps from the beach makes it the perfect place to stay. The owners were very easy to communicate with, check in was simple, and all of their directions for our stay were so helpful. Added bonus -- it's close to Kessel's Corner which has the best burgers and ice cream, plus a short walk to 34th street which has other great spots to eat and shop. We definitely recommend this lovely vacation rental (our fur babies do too)!"

"The unit was very cute and had all the essentials for an extended stay. There was enough room for my family of 4. The pool was a plus to cool off after a day at the beach. Only issue was the shower temperatures that fluctuated during the shower. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!"

Ocean Front Getaway: Walk out to the beach!

"The view was beautiful. The house was nice. Upon check in the garbage was overflowing. We had nowhere to put garbage for three days. The fridge was at 54 Degrees when we checked our food later that night, so we tossed everything out. My son in law fixed it (no apology from the host ) so we bought new groceries. Almost everyone in the house came down with an illness. Not too sure why but is was very strange, was a cold like and breathing issue. Our daughter left early because of that and went to the hospital the next day. Thank god she and her unborn baby are ok. On the day we were to leave the cleaners came in an hour and a half early and walked in on our son feeding his infant child. And then the nerve of the owner tried to charge us for not cleaning the condo. Was my son to leave his son with the cleaners and throw out the 3 garbage bags and toss a few things out from the fridge. MY ADVICE FOR FUTURE RENTERS —TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING..ESPECIALLY THE BEDS AND BEDSPREADS (HONESTLY I DON’T WANT TO ELABORATE)"

"From the moment we arrived with our family to the moment we left everything was perfect. Our family of 11 didn’t feel cramped and the large number of bathrooms helped! The one bunk room was a little small because the ladder is closer to the door. We just put the smaller kids in there. Also there are no dressers in both bunk rooms, just hanging fabric shelves in closet. It worked for us because the kids clothes are small but if adults are using it, something to consider. The walk to the beach was easy and having ice cream right down the street was an added plus. The kids loved playing football on the grass out front and having all that space was so peaceful. I will miss enjoying my morning coffee on the front porch. Thank you for a memorable family vacation!"
