We had a great stay at The Ocean Manor. Location is great - boardwalk and beach is right across the street. The pool was a great addition after a hot day. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would stay again.

Beautiful accommodations, quick walk to the beach. Do not park in loading zone directly in front of the inn to check-in, police will ticket and they don’t care whether or not your a guest at the inn. The staff at the inn are wonderful and very friendly.

Staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful. The property was so charming. The balcony was amazing for views. Updated rooms. Decorating was gorgeous. We used the dining room area twice which was perfect. A block away from the boardwalk was clutch. We used the pool the bathroom for the pool was rundown but not a deal breaker.

Most friendly and helpful staff. From the front desk to if you needed towels brought to your room. I would stay here again and recommend staying here. It’s so convenient to the beach and boardwalk. It’s a great spot!

The hotel is right off the Boardwalk no need to use your car for the beach or boardwalk. Pool was clean and water warm with a hot tub attached. Rooms were clean and updated. The covered porch had rockers for relaxing after a day at the beach. The only drawback was at times you could hear your neighbors TV or loud talking. Would recommend the hotel!

This is a charming hotel right near the boardwalk and beach. We had an end room with a balcony. The balcony was comfortable and has a nice view of the ocean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was provided daily and kept up with the room nicely. The parking is great!!! The pool area is a little hidden oasis. So clean and well maintained.

Loved our stay. We will be going back very soon. The only issue was a loud ac unit in the bedroom which you just cannot help. They were very nice and on-site parking is a bonus. Very close to everything and loved our balcony space very large.

The room was clean, AC was strong but noisy. There was a small kitchenette with a sink, a microwave and a refrigerator. One block from the boardwalk, but not noisy. A designated parking spot is fantastic. The beds were comfortable. Now for the less desirable features...The bath towels were almost see-through, the toilet paper was the thinest ply we've ever seen ( this seems like a nit-picky thing, but it literally deteriorated when I used it as a tissue)! There is no towel or paper towels for the kitchenette. The bed pillows were plentiful, but old and flat. The cushions on the the rockers on the balcony were old, torn and flat. The pool bathroom did not have toilet paper, hand soap or tissues. We didn't use the pool, but people who were in it said it was nice. Overall, with a few tweaks, this would be a great spot. Nothing was terrible, but it definitely needed some minor improvements.
