The Singing Sands beachfront home is a great choice for a relaxing beach getaway. There are gorgeous wide views from the upstairs great-room, showcasing stunning sunsets, a secluded beach, and views of Cape Lookout and Cape Kiwanda. This family owned home has been lovingly cared for, is nicely stocked, and very comfortable. Features: Ocean views Direct beach access Sunny south-side deck Wifi Layout: 2nd level entry. Living room, dining area and kitchen. Back & front deck space. Downstairs has primary bedroom with queen bed and full bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Full hall bath. Neighborhood: The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sandlake Dunes recreation area is 4 miles to the north. About Us Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. The rental company was very easy to deal with. Cell phone service was very spotty but Wi-Fi was good. This home has everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay.
