Enjoy beautiful sunsets, direct beach access just off the deck, long walks on the beach, evening bonfires, & access to miles of trails through forest wetlands, dunes, & Sand Lake Estuary. A perfect place to gather with family and friends or a romantic getaway! Floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows let you take in views of the Pacific ocean from Haystack Rock to Cape Lookout throughout the home, perfect for viewing whales, seals, sea lions, orcas, bald eagles, pelicans, and other NW wildlife. Forest Edge is a 6 bedroom/7 bathroom modern home cantilevered over the beach and forest, all on one floor with just the entry and parking under the home. We absolutely love this house. It’s at the end of the community of houses so it’s isolated from crowds. We feel safe letting the kids play in the sand with only 1 or 2 adults nearby. The house is absolutely beautiful! The lay out was perfect for our family, two bedroom at one end and four at the other end, each with its own attached bathroom. The kitchen is super well equipped with top of the line appliances. The beach is terrific and not crowded at all. Benj was the perfect host. He even stopped by late one afternoon to find the missing electrical cord for the Pac-Man machine my 6-year-old son loved. There was nothing we would have changed at the house. Everyone is our three-generation family loved the visit. ##### Marion H. Our annual family gathering was another memorable stay. Well equipped kitchen, comfort beds with private baths. The flow of the space allowed us all to be together and engage in different activities. Beautiful views, walk out to the beach, and very well laid out and stocked. Also, it is the last house on the beach so we basically had the beach to ourselves.
