This home is cozy but spacious and is full of interesting décor, games, toys and furnishings. It is a classic family beach cabin that has been cherished and enjoyed over the years, making it the perfect place to relax and create some new great memories. It is safely situated on a quiet, dead-end street, with a quick 1/2 block walk to the beach access. The back yard is mostly fenced and has a super fun and creative pirate ship play area off of the sheltered back deck. There are toys, games, cable TV, WIFI making this a fantastic family choice. Features: Easy walk to beach Gas BBQ WIFI & Cable TV Lots of games and toys Fun pirate ship play house in private back yard Wood stove Layout: Downstairs entry has living room, dining area with woodstove, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and a full bath with shower. There is back deck access off of the kitchen. Upstairs has another living room area with a double futon, full bathroom with shower, bedroom with queen bed. Washer and dryer are in the accessible part of the garage (most of garage is locked off to guests). Parking: Maximum 2 Cars Pets: Dogs Welcome! Please Note: Cell phone coverage in Tierra Del Mar can be unreliable. This home is equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing guests to enable Wi-Fi calling on their phones while at the residence. Neighborhood: The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sand Lake Recreation Area is 4 miles to the north. It has a lot of charm and beautiful decorations. There is a lot of space inside the house and a small fenced backyard that we let our dogs visit while we sat outside with them. There are local bunnies all over the place including in the backyard as well as hummingbirds! The whole area was VERY quiet and we were respectful of the neighborhood. The house was stocked with everything you could need including some dog bowls. The walk to the beach is down a dead-end gravel road and not very long at all. I will start by saying that the house and location are terrific. I loved the beach and how close the house is to beach access. The house is comfortable and spacious. My complaint is with the management company. You have to pick up and drop off the keys in town, as others have pointed out. Nbd, it was on my way, but something to consider if it isn’t. But in a time when we are all so focused on cleanliness, I was so disappointed that the house wasn’t cleaned upon arrival. There were dead flies on the carpet, a used bar of soap in the shower and.. gasp, poop in the toilet. Makes you wonder if things were really getting cleaned at all’s ##### Liana J.
