Very quiet and safe country location that is very convenient, situated between Palisade and GJ. A newer build, 2 bed 2 bath with some nice amenities (love the outdoor firepit!). The only issue we had was they could use a better housekeeping crew because the floors were a bit dirty and they should strongly consider hiring a monthly or semi regular exterminator because we did have to deal with some spiders inside.
